Refund policy

Product Warranty Policy

We guarantee our products and issue a full refund (product price not including shipping cost) unconditionally if returned to us in like-new condition within 30 days. We will replace any defective product immediately if returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Digital products will be handled on a case by case bases. To request a refund on a digital product please email info@mentalmanagement.com with your order number and the reason for refund.
