Product Warranty Policy
We guarantee our products and issue a full refund (product price not including shipping cost) unconditionally if returned to us in like-new condition within 30 days. We will replace any defective product immediately if returned within 30 days of purchase.
Seminar Policy
Deposits for seminars, clinics, or group instruction are non-refundable. You will receive a transferable credit equal to the deposit to a future seminar or to use in exchange for products if redeemed within one year of the date of the deposit. We do not refund tuition once instruction has been presented.
