Product Warranty Policy

We guarantee our products and will issue a full refund (product price not including shipping cost) unconditionally if returned to us in like-new condition within 30 days. We will replace any defective product immediately if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Seminar Policy

Deposits for seminars, clinics or group instruction are non-refundable.  You will receive a transferable credit equal to the deposit to a future seminar or to use in exchange for products if redeemed within one year of the date of the deposit.  We do not refund tuition once instruction has been presented.

Shipping Policies

United States Postal Service (USPS) is our primary shipping method but we can ship UPS at your request.  Packages will not be insured under First Class or Priority Mail.  If you desire another type of shipping other than USPS or insurance please call our office or send us an email.  Please email us at info@mentalmanagement.com or call 972-899-9640.

For International orders please note that 1st class mail can take 4-6 weeks to arrive and you can not track the package. If you want to insure and track the package by mail use Priority or Express mail.

We cannot guarantee First Class or Priority for international packages. Most countries are fine with First Class or Priority but the countries listed below are known to have issues and we cannot guarantee the arrival of packages.
